ISLETON, Calif. – The preliminary strength 4.1 earthquake was felt in Sacramento County, Wednesday.
The U.S. Geological Survey says that the quake occurred at around 9:15 a.m. approximately three miles north-northeast from Isleton. It’s close to Rio Vista and Bethel Island, California.
Some felt it up to the north of Lincoln even as south as San Jose. A lot of people received a ShakeAlert on their mobiles. There is no immediate report of any damage.

Weak to light-shaking was reported across the Sacramento region and in parts of the Bay Area, according to USGS’ shake map.
BART said it was stopping train service to make inspections of the tracks.
