This past weekend, Novak Djokovic took on Daniil Medvedev in the final of the men’s tournament at the US Open, which meant celebrities were placed into the seats that were visible to all and were tasked with saying “ooh” or “aah” until somebody (Djokovic) won the match. Poor Timothee Chalamet was anxious the actress Kylie Jenner had to scratch the top of his head as if they were a frantic sighthound.
The tabloids first reported that Jenner and Chalamet were in the news in April. The fashion aficionados reportedly met via designer Haider Ackermann. The pair also publically confirmed their love when they were photographed kissing during an Beyonce concert. The unlikely pair has led to an emotional break in the Chalamet stand-off. One fan account shared an Instagram post that reads: “If you’re feeling distressed from the video, that’s acceptable. However, you must take care of yourself. Get off the social networks for few days.”
There are some who are not happy about the thought of Elio (Chalamet’s delicate soulful and enchanting role from Call Me By Your Name) being an on-screen actor. In the tradition of many other couples in the process of forming they are starting to communicate their relationship through their clothing. AKA sitting together in an end of the box, wearing black outfits and matching rectangular sunglasses. While Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner are not yet at Kravis levels of boldness their outfits, they are best considered as an untouchable PDA that allows them to wear each with pride in public.
